Fabrizio Vaccaro gained his Michelin star in Florence before heading to London to work in top hotels such as Claridges and the The Connaught Hotel.

Bringing to you a new sensational level of plant based cuisine with his native South Italian flare he not only knows how to cook, but to run a whole team.
