For the past three years, Chef Fabrizio Vaccaro has been more than just a Michelin-starred chef and business collaborator—he’s become a true friend to both me and Juliano. From the moment we met, he instantly understood the vision behind Nature’s Wild Berry. While many see it as a fun novelty, Fabrizio recognized its potential to completely transform the dining experience. He didn’t just get it—he felt it. That kind of creative intuition is rare and it’s why our partnership has been so natural from the start.
Fabrizio’s style in the kitchen is next level. Every time he reveals one of his signature plates, I’m blown away. Then we do what we do best—pair that dish with the berry and together we unlock flavor combinations no one has ever tasted before. It’s not just delicious—it’s exciting. That’s the kind of fun we live for. Whether it’s testing a bold new menu or riffing off a classic with a twist, every session with Fabrizio is part science experiment, part culinary playground and all magic.
Now, here’s the real kicker: I don’t eat chicken…not since 2013. But if Fabrizio is cooking it? I’m clearing my plate. Whether it’s his lemon chicken, herb-crusted chicken or something completely unexpected, I know it’s going to be an exception to the rule. He also makes a killer pesto pasta, unforgettable crostini and hands down my favorite—authentic Italian pizza. Every bite has his signature flavor, passion and precision. His food doesn’t just taste good—it feels personal.
We’ve got big plans ahead. Events with 100, sometimes 800 people, all eager to experience what happens when Michelin-level cooking meets Nature’s Wild Berry. And I never have to worry—if there’s one chef I can count on to deliver under pressure, to make it flawless and fun every time, it’s Fabrizio. He brings the flavor, the finesse and the friendship.
